Finally i'm able to blog! And also the time to blog about my HK trip...Guess the post's gonna be quite a long one, but I'll try to keep it short & sweet...=)
Friday - Did my last minute packing. Yeap, packed reluctantly. Ha! Got it all packed within 30min i guess. Time struck 12am and I got birthday wishes from my family & friends. Almost everyone sms-ed me except her. It was rather disappointing though. But still happy cos I have other friends' wishes..! *grins*
Saturday - Kinda of overslept. Supposed to reach airport by 8am but I was late and last to reach. Hee~ Oh, nice of him to fetch me to the airport. Thanks and I really appreciate it. Gathered with my colleagues at the airport, waiting to check in. At that point of time, I'm sure I wasn't feeling excited about checking in. Really got an urge to stay back. Dragged my feet to check in my luggage. I think it was rather light. My colleagues even asked, "hey, how come ur luggage so light one? Seems like an empty one." Haha..Board the flight at 10am and napped in the plane. And guess wat, I got my "birthday blessings" from Cathay Pacific. The stewardness was asking me if I want to refill my apple juice. I said yes and there she goes, miss-q and spilled the juice on my LEVI jeans! The kind me, didnt yell at her and said "it's okay". =Reached HK at about 4plus. Checked in my room @ Miramar hotel and started our visiting at HK.
Went to meet the other grp of colleagues at Avenue of Stars. More of sight-seeing.

I touched Andy Lau's handprints!!! *grins*
After the sightseeing & phototaking, it's almost time for dinner. All gathered at one of the teahouse for dinner. Food was not bad. I like their Ice Lemon tea. Very nice!
Initially, I tot my boss ordered chicken wings and I ate it. After it went down my stomach, they said, "jolene, have more of the pigeon meat..." I got a total shock.. I didnt realise they are pigeons...cos to me they look like chicken wing mah... Gross ya? *pukes*
Don't they look like chicken instead of PIGEONS!? Oh my...
After dinner, we shopped around the streets of Tsim Sha Tsui. Visited their Giordano outlet. Chatted with their staff in Cantonese. Friendly pple. Lucky, I'm still able to converse well though. Phew~ The guy whom we spoke to is quite cute-looking though. LOL.. Headed back to hotel to put our stuff and continued our shopping spree nearby our hotel. Things aren't that cheap. Not very worth to buy. So I just accompanied and walked around. =)
My team...(where's Gina & Kate?) - Taken at our hotel.
While waiting, we posed. The Ah LiansSss...?
Went back to rest and changed into our clubbing gears. Alrdy planned to visit HK famous clubbing place - Lan Kwai Fong. Before that, my colleagues gathered me to their room to celebrate my birthday. Thanks for the birthday cake, the birthday song and the birthday gift.
We just like to stick out our tongues. Haha!
Went to one of the pubs there and drank. Was asked to drink BEER - i hate most! Played guessing games, chatted with other colleagues (whom I just knew). Some of my colleagues are really good at drinking, bottle after bottle...As for me, I chose to drink as slowly as possible cos I don't want to drink beer again! Haha..Music there was not bad. R&B. Halfway, it was raining very very heavily and by 3am, all pubs are closed and we have no choice but to run in the rain to get a cab back to hotel. Obviously, we got all drenched and I think I shivered like hell throughout the journey back.
Their famous clubbing place...
Totally drenched!
Sunday - Didn't manage to join my colleagues for morning dim-sum. Slept till 12nn. Hehe. Woke up and was alone in the room. Was real tired. Joined the other bunch of colleagues for shopping. Went to Mongkok. Not much things to buy also. Things there are rather trendy, not really to my liking. Shopped at Addidas, Esprit instead. Sunday wasnt a really pleasant and enjoyable day for me. Basically I went with a few colleagues who can't shop for long and will complain tired. Went back to hotel at 630pm and they called back and say they not planning to go shop alrdy and want to sleep, (which beforehand we planned to go Temple St, Esprit Warehouse etc). I was so pissed and can't imagine myself being cooped in the room alone. I called him and grumbled. Sorry for that and thanks for being a great listener. Feel much better after venting out. Luckily, my dear room-mate came back and i joined her and others to Temple St and had their famous mango dessert at night. At least they made that night valuable for me. =)
My room-mate @ HK! Fun lady to b with..
Monday - Woke up early in the morning. Had breakfast at another new teahouse. Head off to Shenzhen. It was a nice trip afterall, with the right shopping kakis. Bought quite alot of stuff there. Spent a S$100+ there. Gosh~ Reached back HK at 5pm+ and went to Esprit warehouse. So nice of Gina to accompany me there. I gave myself 1hr to shop for Esprit clothes and spent a S$150+ there. And, I spent almost all my money at Shenzhen, so the shopping at HK are...heee~ my VISA card loh.... Great shopping trip with Gina and Joyce. I enjoyed very much.

So metal-rectangular Guard bus!
Tuesday - Had a budget breakfast as I only left HK40. Pathetically enough for me to have a set of breakfast + 1 soft drink + 2 pineapple buns. Hehe! Did my last minute shopping at one of the Esprit outlet near my hotel and spent another S$100 there. Oopsss..! Total spent at HK is almost $700+, near to S$800....Reached SG at 8pm. Looking forward to go HK again? Probably yes. Did not mange to visit the Peak and Causeway Bay, Ocean Park etc. Due to lack of time and bad weather (as it's raining daily)? Will go again but with the right group of shopping kaki(s)!!!
