Eve of Vesak Day : Went Phuture last Wed - the eve of Vesak Day. Took a cab there and guess what - Whole stretch of Kim Seng Road (up to Zouk) was caught up with a pathetic traffic jam! It's flooded with people and cars. Yes, police cars as well. Singapore has a few nightspots and Zouk is just so packed! We reached there at 10plus and the Q is damn longgggggg.......Q-ed at Phuture & Zouk and after 30min, it states FULL HOUSE. Tickets all sold out! Left Velvet and we q-ed till 1am and managed to squeeze ourselves in. Went to Phuture to have the birthdays celebration for Drew & Angus. Their 24th birthday. They drink, drank and DRUNK! Hahahaha. But well, very not advisable to go to Zouk during eve of Public Holidays. Perhaps consider other places like MOS or Butterfactory? LOL. That night, I guess only Drew was very drunk. Rest looked ok to me though. At least they know their way home. =) Some pictures for viewing.
