When I click RESTART, the screen will only show LOGGING OFF and it will never restart. When I click SHUT DOWN, the screen will also show LOGGING OFF and it will never shut down. When I hold the on/off button and switch on again, I have to repeatedly go to the SAFE MODE. I tried all ways to minimize the startup programs & processes. I checked the system configuration. I even checked on my user profile. I checked almost everything. Problem still the same.
IMAGINE me doing the above repeated actions since 9pm till 12am. NEVER ENDING.

If I m bringing it for service this week, I will be stuck as I can't do my assignments which are due next week! Or rather I shall bring for service in end June?
