Phone Re-lived!

1 complaint after another.
Teaching them how to provide good customer service.
Telling them what to do, to please an angry customer...

FINALLY, they managed to save the phone.
The phone is back alive! (but might die off anytime).

I think Nokia Care(less) centre remembers my face now.
Or perhaps, their Care Centre has my face logged in their system.
HAHAHAA!
